p.2 Kingston To Cape Vinent - The steamer Watertown returned from Cape Vincent last evening at an earlier hour than on Wednesday, the river pretty clear of ice and no impediments of any consequence being met with on the way. Later in the evening she proceeded to the Batteau Channel and having broken up the ice pretty thoroughly in that direction returned to the city. She left for Cape Vincent by this latter route for the first time this morning.
