p.2 The Napanee Ledger says that on Tuesday a new schooner named the H.B. Rathburn of Napanee, was launched at Milhaven.

Two Men Drowned at Dog Lake - sailboat upset, sank because it was ballasted with stone. (search under "back lake" - ed.)
