Wood From Canada - There are now some thirty vessels employed in bringing wood from different points on the Canada side to Charlotte, for the New York Central Railroad Company. They bring from 50 to 150 cords each for a load. The intention is to bring about 350 cords a day for three or four months. The business makes the docks at Charlottef present quite a lively appearance. [Rochester Democrat]
