p.2 Steamer Corinthian - The new iron steamer Corinthian went down the harbor yesterday and up again, simply to test her machinery preparatory to making a trial trip tomorrow. Some trifling defects are being remedied, and it is supposed from the speed exhibited yesterday that the vessel will fully sustain the intention of her designer in regard to her fast-sailing qualities. The workmen are busily finishing in their several departments, and today her name was painted upon her side.

Imports - 6,7; Exports - 5-7.
