p.2 Probable Embezzlement, And Arrest - Captain McCallum, of the tug Express, which plies on the Rideau Canal, has been arrested by a constable from Ottawa, and is now at the police station here, charged with having sold on the way to its destination part of a cargo of grain shipped under his charge in this city for Ottawa.

-str. Spartan passed down with over 250 cabin passengers, chiefly tourists en route for Saguenay.
