Vessels In Canal - 14th.

New Harbor Tug - The powerful steam tug Helen Jeffers, Capt. Jeremiah Clifford, is prepared to tow vessels and perform all other services required of a Tugboat in the Harbor of Kingston. Applications for the use of the vessel may be made at the steamtug office, St. Lawrence Wharf, or to the captain on board. Kingston, Sept. 14th.
