p.2 Dunnville, Dec. 1st - The barque Marsh, laden with wheat and corn, bound from Toledo to Kingston, is ashore 7 miles above Port Maitland, and is breaking up. Crew all saved.

Toronto, C.W., Dec. 2nd - An important case relative to the steamer Georgian, under seizure at Collingwood for a violation of the neutrality rights, is under consideration here. The legal agent of the United States government has applied for an injunction restraining the defendants from interference, which has been granted, to continue ten days.
