p.2 The steamer City of Ottawa, which has been undergoing some slight repairs at the marine railway, left this afternoon on her regular return trip.

Troops Passed Down - The steamers Graecian and Kingston passed down at an early hour this morning, having on board the right and left wings of the 47th Regiment from Toronto on their way to Halifax, they having been relieved by the 17th Regiment which passed up a few days since.

Emigrants - About three hundred German and Norwegian emigrants passed up by the steamer Spartan this evening on their way to the American far west.
