p.2 Effects Of The High Wind - The high wind of last night had the effect of breaking asunder a large raft, and driving four of the cribs on the shore of the Bay of Quinte. They have since been got together, secured to the main body of the raft, and towed down safely. Two barges in tow of a tug, on the way to Oswego, also broke adrift, and were secured with some difficulty.
