p.2 The Crossing To Wolfe Island - Watertown ceased to run.

Close of Navigation - The steamer Watertown came in this afternoon to Kinghorn's wharf on her last trip between the city and Cape Vincent. She encountered no ice after leaving the latter place until reaching the upper part of the harbor here, when great difficulty was experienced in getting through. The ice near her usual place of landing was more easily broken, and she reached her dock, where she will now be laid up for the winter, with very little trouble.
