p.2 Assizes - Calvin and Breck vs Provincial Insurance Company - (The entire article from yesterday is again repeated with this addition:)

The case was continued this morning and occupied the greater part of the day. The special jurors were taken from the country and the city, and were as follows: Zadock W. Wright, James O'Brien, William McAdoo, Robert Gibson, John Irvine, John Carruthers, G.M. Kinghorn, Peter R. Henderson, Edwin Chown, Alexander M. Brown, John McMillan, and W.C. Evans.

Mr. Thomas Kirkpatrick, Q.C. and Mr. James O'Reilly, Q.C. for the plaintiffs; Hon. John Hillyard Cameron, Q.C. and Mr. Burns, of Toronto, and Sir Henry Smith, Q.C., for defendants.
