p.2 Excursionists - visit Kingston on steamer Prescott, which plies as a ferry between Prescott and Ogdensburgh.

Another U.S. Vessel Passed Upwards - Another American government vessel, named the General Payne, arrived here this morning at two o'clock, and left again at four for the upper lakes. The General Payne is about the size of the tug Admiral Porter which passed up with the American transport a short time since.
