p.2 Launch On the Bay of Quinte - Wilson and Norman's schooner The New Dominion was sucessfully launched at Roblin's Mills on Saturday last, before a large assemblage of people.

Propeller Magnet - The diver which accompanied the American tug Rescue, went down to ascertain the position of the propeller Magnet, sunk on Saturday last. She lies on a soft bottom, perfectly upright, and not deeply imbedded. While under water he visited the several decks, and entered into some of the rooms, from one of which he brought up the dinner bell, and astonished the lookers on by ringing it on coming to the surface. The hole which was stove in the Magnet he reports as not very large, and does not think there will be very great difficulty experienced in raising her. The vessel will be raised by the insurance companies which have taken the matter in hand.
