p.2 Stormy Weather - The high winds which prevailed during the greater part of last week still continue. The sea ran so high today that the propeller Colonist, which came into port last night, on her way up the lake, had to lie over, as well as the freight steamer Ottawa.

Propeller Magnet - The propeller Magnet has been successfully raised, and was towed up on Saturday to Garden Island, where she is being pumped out, after which she will be taken for overhauling and repairs. It will be some time before she can be ready, it having been found necessary to remove her upper deck while raising her.
