p.2 Port Dalhousie, Oct. 25th - The tug boat R.L. Howard, sprung a leak yesterday when towing three wood scows from Toronto to this port and sunk about 15 miles from Port Dalhousie pier. Crew all saved.
The scows sent in a small boat for the tug Young Lion. She brought them in all safe last night.
