p.2 The Gale - The gale spent itself out on Tuesday night, and the past two days have been free from anything like high wind. The steamer Bay of Quinte, more fortunate than on Tuesday, when she had to return after unsuccessful efforts to proceed on her usual trip, left at her regular hour yesterday afternoon with favorable weather. The Lake and River Steamboat Navigation Company's steamers have been running regularly for the past two days, arriving here with their paddle boxes covered with ice.
