p.2 Ferry Notice - Notice is hereby given by the Municipal Council of the Township of Wolfe Island, that Tenders will be received by the Township Clerk on and until Monday, the 20th day of April, at the hour of 10 o'clock, a.m., from parties desirous to lease the Ferry from Wolfe Island to the City of Kingston, and vice versa, for the term of 7 years from the first day of January, 1868.

The conditions to be complied with on said Ferry are enumerated in the original lease from the Crown, as also in By-law No. 69 of said Township of Wolfe Island, a copy of which may be obtained at the Township Clerk's office, with the schedule of fees and charges thereunto annexed.

No Tender will be accepted unless from such parties whose offer to maintain thereon a suitable Steamboat shall be approved of by said Council. M. Spoor, Reeve.
