p.3 Auction Sale of Schooner Helen - Under and by virtue of a Power of Attorney from George Davidson and William Givens, dated 31st December, 1868, and as Assignee of the estate of William Ferguson under the Insolvent Act of 1864, the undersigned will sell, at Linton's Auction Rooms, in the city of Kingston, on Saturday the 30th of January, A.D. 1869, at 12 o'clock noon, the schooner Helen, Built in 1858, Rig, schooner; canvas 2 years old; Registered Tonnage, 140; Class, B-1; Capable of carrying 8,000 bushels grain or 120,000 feet of lumber; and now lying at Kingston.
