p.3 BY AUCTION - On account of whom it may concern - Will be sold, by public auction, at the City of Montreal, on Wednesday, 10th March, 1869, the first-class Upper Cabin Propeller GEORGIAN, as she now lies in the Canal Basin, Montreal, with Spars, Boilers, Engines, Rigging, and Outfit, etc.

The Georgian was built in 1864, on the River Severn; is 345 tons burthen; has three decks; one mast, sloop-rigged; 130 feet in length; breadth of beam, 21 feet; depth of hold, 10 feet, and carrying capacity about 3,000 barrels.

The vessel is in running order, and may be viewed at any time prior to day of sale.
