p.2 The Ice Trade - Demands for ice from the west still continue to come in, and one house here entertains the idea of storing large quantities, to be shipped during early summer. An enterprising individual at Cape Vincent has already commenced adopting this plan. He packs the ice on the wharf, and encloses it with a properly constructed building suitable for the purpose.
