p.2 City Items - This week will probably close navigation on the Bay of Quinte and Kingston harbour. Traffic on the Upper Rideau has also terminated for this season. The schooners Emily, from Amherst Island, and Flying Scud, from Cape Vincent, light, arrived today to go into winter quarters.
