H. Fitzhugh & Co., proprietors of the schooner Cuba, which was run down and sunk on Lake Ontario on the night of the 6th of May, 1847, by the Propeller Genesee Chief, and with her cargo of wheat lost, have just recovered a judgment of $3,054.06 against the owners of the last named vessel.
