p.2 -the tug steamer Reindeer took fire at wharf in Montreal on Saturday morning, cut loose from wharf, drifted down river to Longueuil ferry wharf, where the fire was put out; all works and decks destroyed.

Steamer Rochester - The steamer Rochester arrived in port on Sunday, having been got off from the shoal on which she grounded at Mill Point, by the aid of Messrs. Calvin & Breck's tug William.
