p.2 The steamer Louise arrived from Ottawa this afternoon, and left again.

Boat Upset - A sailboat, containing eight small boys, was capsized this afternoon in the bay, on the north side of the Cataraqui Bridge. Many persons fortunately saw the accident, and rescued the boys. Small boys, mere children as these were, should not be entrusted with sailboats.
