p.2 Cape Vincent Ferry - The new steamer Pierrepont was put on the Cape Vincent ferry, running along with the Watertown. Both steamers brought heavy loads of passengers this afternoon for the Provincial Exhibition

The Yacht Race - In the yacht races on Tuesday the first class race was won by the Dauntless, of Quebec, and the Ina, of Toronto, second. In the second class the Lady Kate of Belleville was first, and the Belle of Kingston, second. In the third class the Crazy Jane, of Cape Vincent, won, and the Game Cock, of Wolfe Island, came in second. A strong breeze existed during the race.
