Full Text

p.1 City Council - Peter Kiel, Inspector of Fisheries, complaining about filth and nuisance placed on ice - harmful to fish.

p.2 Grain Elevator - We learn from authentic sources that a company is about to be formed to build a grain elevator in this city. The shipping business of Kingston is annually increasing to that extent that a project of this nature has become almost an imperative necessity.
