p.1 City Council - Extension of Premises - Alderman Sullivan presented the petition of Messrs. William Power & Co., of the Marine Railway, asking permission to extend their wharf 60 feet outside the present site, so as to admit more conveniently and safely of the docking of vessels at their yard; and further to provide increased accommodation for the enlargement of the trade consequent upon the widening and deepening of the Welland Canal. Referred to the committee on wharves and harbours to report at the next meeting of the Council.
