Holcomb & Stewart's wharf - The schrs. Clara White, from Toronto, with 4,467 bush. wheat; Wm. Elgin, from Toronto, wth 10,150 bush. wheat; Two Friends, from Toronto, with 20,244 bush. wheat.

James Swift & Co. - The prop. Lake Ontario left for Hamilton, and Magnet down; prop. Kincardine left for Oswego; steambarge Adventure arrived from Rideau Canal. The steamer Kitty Friel left for Ottawa.

Folger and Handley - The schr. Morning Star is unloading pig iron at this wharf.

Montreal Transportation Co. - The schr. Aigle de Mer, from Hamilton, with 9,006 bush. wheat.

St. Lawrence & Chicago Forwarding Co. - Departures: barges Alfred, with 13,700 bush. wheat; and the "B", with 14,699 bush. No. 2 corn.

Leaking - The new schooner Bolivia, which was loading with salt, was last night discovered to be leaking. The vessel was immediately towed to the N.T. Co.'s dock for the purpose of discharging her cargo. No room was found there to discharge, and it was found necessary to keep the pumps employed to keep her free during the night. This morning she was towed back to the salt dock, and her cargo is being discharged. [Oswego Times]

A captain of a lumber barge, who has just completed a trip from Bay City to Buffalo, says he is out about $90 on the trip. He ties up.

The tug Hector, which was launched from the beach near Port Colborne, last Saturday, nearly capsized. Two men, both of whom were rescued, were thrown into the lake.
