J. Swift's Wharf - No less than five propellers have called here since yesterday, viz. the Prussian, from Montreal; Persia, from St. Catharines; Armenia, from Hamilton; Olive with cheese and freight, from Smith's Falls; and America, from Toronto.
Holcomb & Stewart's Wharf - schrs. M.C. Cameron, from Kincardine, with 20,300 bush. wheat; Flora de Mer, from Toronto, to Montreal with wheat.
The cable of the prop. America was cut at Montreal last Saturday by the advice of counsel, there being no loss to detain her in that port. It was not for debt that she was seized, but for some slight trouble that occurred nearly three years ago, and which has since been amicably arranged.
