The Ship Yards - Quite a number of new vessels are on the stocks in this city. We noticed yesterday that Mr. Rogers has three in his yard, at the foot of West Third street. One of them is a very handsome model, after that of the Young America, which has attracted so much attention, except a greater depth of hold. She is to be completed soon after the opening of navigation. The brig H. H. Sizer, is being almost entirely rebuilt, lengthened some ten feet. When finished she will be equal to a new vessel, and of fine model. The little tug Schuyler is also in the hands of Mr. Rogers, undergoing repairs. Mr. R. is taking the lead in ship-building in this city.
