p.2 Harbour of Refuge - In the House of Commons on Tuesday, Mr. Gordon asked whether it is the intention of the Government to create a harbour of refuge on Lake Ontario, between Toronto and Kingston, with sufficient depth of water to accommodate vessels drawing 14 feet of water. Mr. Mackenzie said it is not the intention of the Government to propose anything of the kind this session either there or elsewhere.
