Broke Away. -- Yesterday afternoon the coffer dam constructed by Mr. James A. Baker, for the purpose of repairing his Ship Railway, gave away in the centre, and in a few minutes the whole area was filled with water again. This is unfortunate and will make considerable expense in repairing the breach.
