p.2 Barge Burned and Sunk - One of the steam tug Eleanor's barges, the Mineral, loading with cordwood at Nicholson's Wharf at Lake Opinicon, took fire from a smudge left in the boat on Tuesday night or early on Wednesday morning. The cabin and its contents were consumed, and the barge had to be scuttled to save her and the wood on board.
Steam Yacht - A fine steam yacht is being finished at Anglin's yard for Mr. Moffatt, of Gananoque. It is expected that she will make a trial trip on Saturday.
