More New Vessels. - A new vessel, the "Andrew Cornwall," hailing from Pultneyville, made her appearance in our harbor a few days since. She was built by Mr. H. Doveil, at Sodus, for Captain Edmund Todd, of Pultneyville. She is a fine, tidy craft of about the capacity of 8,000 bushels. Another new schooner is in the course of construction at the same place. Mr. David Rogers is the master builder, and part owner in connection with Capt. J. Morley, who is to sail her. Capacity, about 10,000 bushels. She will be ready to launch about the 1st of September.
