p.2 Yacht Race - The fourth race for the silver cup was run yesterday afternoon in the harbour between our three local boats, resulting in a victory for the Zitella, which led the way all around the course, coming in six minutes ahead of the Emma. The cup, therefore, is won by the Zitella in three straight heats. We wish the Kingston boats every success in the regatta which comes off at Belleville on Monday next.

Ashore - We are informed that the schr. Babineau and Gaudry loaded with coal oil from Hamilton, for Cork, is ashore at Fisher's Landing. It is also stated that the prop. Lake Erie, from Detroit for Montreal is ashore on Fraser's Shoal. She is all right, yet, however.
