p.3 A New Project - The formation of a new steamboat company, having as its members the owners of the principal steamers now plying on these waters, is projected. The proposed line will consist of the Oswego Belle, Kincardine, Rochester, Alexandra, Picton and Armenia, and they will be under the control of a manager who will be appointed to look after the interests of the company. The project is expected to assume a definite shape ere long. [Belleville Ontario]

A Storm Coming - Orders were received today to have the storm drum hoisted. Look out for a storm.
