p.3 Towing Association - The Oswego Palladium says: The tug owners at this port have reformed the Towing Association for the coming season of navigation. Mr. J.N. Collins was elected president and Mr. J.K. Post secretary and treasurer. All the tugs owned here, excepting the Jason Parker, and she will not run, are in the Association. The May Queen, Captain Thompson, which was on her own personal curve last year, is in the association now. It is understood that five tugs will be put in commission.
