p.3 Belleville Yachting - A telegram from Belleville states that the yacht race yesterday resulted in the Kathleen winning by four minutes 15 seconds, Surprise second, Resolute third and Enid fourth.

Legal - Calvin vs Collinsby Rafting Company - On Tuesday, at Toronto, Mr. Bethune, Q.C., moved for a rule nisi for a new trial. Granted.
