p.3 New Yacht - The standing keel yacht Lapwing, recently built by Captain Cuthbert, is in the harbour. She is being filled with sails, etc., by Messrs. Oldrieve & Horn. She is a very handsome boat.

The Regatta - The Belleville boys don't intend to have a regatta on Dominion Day, and suggest to our Kingston yachtsmen the propriety of offering liberal prizes so as to attract their yachts here. The suggestion is deserving of consideration.

Court of Revision - Holcomb & Stewart - $3,000 to be written off for 1876.

Thos. F. Taylor to be assessed for his share of the Annie Falconer and Dundee at $7,000. The Court cannot take any cognizance of the mortgages.

Lewis Middleton to be assessed on his interest in vessel, $1,500. No cognizance of mortgages.

W.R. Taylor to be assessed on his interest in Annie Falconer and Dundee at $6,500. No cognizance of mortgages.
