p.3 The schrs. R. Doud and Emma Wilcox arrived in the harbour today, drawing the deepest water of any vessels ever passing through the canal. Both draw about 12 feet 10 inches.

Purchased - The schr. Prince Alfred has been purchased from the Messrs. Folger by Mr. I.H. Radford for the sum of $7,500. This is Mr. Radford's second purchase this season.
