p.3 MORTGAGE SALE OF VESSEL

To be sold by public auction, in pursuance of the power of sale contained in a mortgage from Christopher Harris, which will be produced at the sale, on Saturday, the 9th day of March, A.D. 1878, at one o'clock in the afternoon, by Henry Bawden, Auctioneer, at his rooms on Montreal Street, in the City of Kingston, sixty-four shares, being all of the schooner Nellie Hunter, Imperial Registry, as now lying at Cobourg, with the appurtenances.

The Vendor reserves to himself the right of one bidding.

Liberal terms of payment will be announced at sale. For further particulars and conditions of sale apply to Messrs. Bawden & Machar, Vendor's Solicitors, Kingston.
