Mr. Miller, shipbuilder in the Second Ward is constructing a dry dock of large dimensions, suitable for the largest class of vessels at his ship yard. It will be thoroughly built, and will be a great convenience, and add immensely to the facilities for repairing vessels at Oswego. It will be ready for use this fall.
