Montreal Transportation Co. - schr. Clayton Belle, 19,716 bush. corn; tug Bronson, with four barges, light.

J. Swift's - steamers Spartan from Montreal; Corinthian from Hamilton; props. Garden City from Ogdensburg; Kincardine from Belleville; Cuba from Toronto; City of Toledo from Oswego.

Holcomb & Stewart - Arrived - schrs. Montpelier, from Chicago, 20,000 bush. corn; Elvina, from Chicago, 18,500 bush. corn; prop. Zealand, from Chicago, 4,500 bush. corn. Departures: barges Star No. 1, 21,500 bush. corn; Eagle, 21,000 bush. corn; Mona, 18,000 bush. corn; Minnie, 14,000 bush. corn; Lark, 20,000 bush. corn; Alex Pacy, 17,000 bush. corn. They all left in tow of the steamer Hiram Calvin for Montreal. Prop. Zealand, 15,000 bush. corn; barge Fortune, 13,000 bush. corn.
