Belleville Regatta - Aug. 3rd - In the regatta here yesterday the race for the challenge flag between the Dauntless and Madcap was won by the former by upwards of five minutes.
In the second class race for the Kelso Cup there were five starters - the Emma and Merlin of Kingston, Kathleen and Katie Gray of Belleville and Surprise of Trenton. This race was confined to the last three boats and was won by the Katie Gray, beating the Surprise by only eighteen seconds.
In the third class there were four starters, all local boats, the Minnie winning by nine minutes.
