In the matter of Campbell & Burley, of Bath, Ont., Insolvents.

For Sale By Auction

THE SCHOONER FLYING SCUD.

The undersigned Assignee will sell by Public Auction at Bath, on Friday, the second day of May next, at 2 o'clock p.m., the above named Vessel, now being built at Bath, and almost complete, together with the full set of rigging. She is well adapted for the Bay of Quinte Trade, being of very light draft. Capacity about (7000) seven thousand bushels. As she is built of the very best material, this will be a rare chance to intending purchasers.

Terms - One quarter, cash. Balance - Same made known on day of sale.

For further particulars or information apply to R.R. Finkle, Bath, or the undersigned.

Immediately after the sale of Vessel the Book Debts of the above Insolvents, amounting to $1,393.91, will be sold at so much on the dollar, cash.
