K. & M.F. Co. - Arrived - prop. Ocean from Chicago, which lightened 4,000 bush. wheat. The barge Alice Pacy arrived with 1,000 bags of salt.

Port Colborne, May 26th - Up - schr. E. Benedict, St. Catharines, Cleveland, light; prop. Europe, blank.

Down - schrs. Niagara, Kincardine, Kingston, wheat; Cecilia, Annie Falconer, Emue.

The Chicago Vessel Owners' Association announced another reduction in grain rates on Wednesday as follows:

Wheat Corn Oats

To Erie 2 5/8 2 3/8 1 7/8

To Port Colborne 3 2 3/4 2 1/2

To Oswego 5 4 1/2 3 1/2

Belleville - May 27th - Arrived: schooner Pearless, Oswego, light. Cleared: schooner Peerless, Oswego, lumber.
