The Propeller Brooks. - The hull of the Propeller J.W. Brooks, has been discovered south of the False Duck Light, with her stern in 70 feet of water and her bow out. All her upper works are gone. Two steamers have tried to tow her ashore, but failed. Efforts will be made to get her ashore.
