Port Huron, Mich., Jan, 10 - The steamer OMAR D. CONGER of the Sarnia and Port Huron ferry lines became fast in the ice in St. Clair river last night with 20 passengers on board. The passengers are gradually being got ashore this morning after a wild night and without supper or breakfast. It is very cold and the river is freezing rapidly.
