THE SUPERIOR. - A very good looking ship, arrived at this port yesterday. The hull is that of the old steamboat SUPERIOR, which was built in 1822, the second steamboat on the Lake.

      . . . . .

The ship SUPERIOR, Capt. Whicker, came into our harbor yesterday, with a cargo of 100,000 feet of pine lumber for this place. The SUPERIOR is one of the most splendid ships on the lakes. It will be recollected that she is built upon the hull of the old steamboat SUPERIOR, which was one of the strongest boats on the lakes. She draws ten feet water, with her present load. Our harbor floats her handsomely, and has some to spare. --- Monroe Times.
