The EARL CATHCART. -- This fine propeller, built and formerly owned in Canada, has lately been condemned by the United States Court for the Detroit District, for a violation of the revenue laws, and will hereafter become an American bottom, by operation of law. She is now lying at the wharves in Detroit and is fitting up for the season to run between that port and the lower lake.
